Portimão hosts the second round of the FIA World Endurance Championship WEC. The Autódromo Internacional do Algarve serves as the stage for the European debut of the new Porsche 963. The Porsche Penske Motorsport factory squad fields two LMDh-prototypes in the Hypercar class. Porsche’s customer teams campaign six of the ca. 378 kW (515 PS) 911 RSR racers in the GTE-Am category.
