- The 23-year-old German will be in action at the world class tournament in the Porsche Arena from 11 to 19 April 2026.
- She is one of 2025’s biggest risers and, as the world No. 40, she is currently Germany’s most successful player.
- Prior to Porsche Friend Eva Lys entering, the world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka had already signed up for the traditionally strong WTA 500 tournament.

- The attractive special 10 percent Christmas offer on all stand seating tickets runs until 26 December.
Following superstar Aryna Sabalenka, Porsche Friend Eva Lys has also now confirmed her entry for the 2026 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix. The 23-year-old is currently the world No. 40 and therefore the most successful German player. A world class field is once awaited at the long-standing tournament in the Porsche Arena from 11 to 19 April 2026.
Stuttgart.
Eva Lys is one of 2025’s biggest risers. The most successful season of her career to date started at the Australian Open in January. Playing impressively at the year’s first Grand Slam, she sensationally reached the fourth round after starting in qualifying. At the WTA 1000 tournament in Beijing, she recorded her first ever win against a Top 10 player when defeating Elena Rybakina, the winner of the 2024 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix. The result put her into the quarterfinals. On a high, her successes have duly been reflected in the world rankings. After starting the season as No. 130, she ended the year ranked 40th making her the top-placed German women’s player. In recognising her performances, the WTA has nominated her for the WTA Awards in the Newcomer of the Year category.
“The Porsche Tennis Grand Prix is for me one of the season’s highlights,” says Eva Lys. “It’s not only down to the traditionally strong field but also the exceptional atmosphere and the Porsche heritage that makes the tournament something special.”
The Porsche Tennis Grand Prix has played a special role in Eva Lys’ career as she won her first ever WTA Tour main draw match in Stuttgart’s Porsche Arena in 2022. Porsche and Eva Lys, who was prepared for the challenges involved in becoming a pro player in both the Porsche Junior Team and the Porsche Talent Team, then further intensified their collaboration in April 2025 as the German No. 1 has since represented the sports car manufacturer as a Friend of the Brand.
Sporting highlights and an event for big and small
The Porsche Tennis Grand Prix is one of the strongest WTA 500 events on the worldwide pro tour. In 2025, there were six Top 10 players in action, including the best four in the world rankings headed by Aryna Sabalenka. The four-time Stuttgart runner-up is the newly voted WTA Tour “Player of the Year” and will be in action in the Porsche Arena in 2026. Alongside world class tennis, the tournament traditionally offers an attractive programme of side events with a colourful mixture of sport and entertainment and is therefore an event for big and small. A special programme of activities will once again be awaiting the youngest visitors in 2026.
Tickets for the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix are available in advance as usual via Easy Ticket Service (Internet www.easy ticket.de or by calling +49 711/2 55 55 55) or also directly at www.porsche-tennis.com. As a part of the special Christmas offer running until 26 December, tennis fans will receive a 10 percent discount on stand seating. Only a few tickets are still available for the finals weekend. Information about VIP tickets enabling an exclusive tennis experience close up to the stars is available by emailing vip@perfectmatch.de.
Porsche in tennis
The Porsche Tennis Grand Prix is the flagship of Porsche’s worldwide involvement in women’s tennis. First played in Filderstadt in 1978, the long-standing Stuttgart tournament has been held in the city’s Porsche Arena since 2006. It stands for tradition and innovation, as does the Porsche brand. As the most loyal sponsor of women’s international tennis, Porsche has accompanied the WTA’s oldest indoor event right from the start. Porsche has also been supporting women’s tennis internationally for years. Eva Lys and Maria Sakkari are “Friends of the Brand” in their home countries. Porsche has been a premium partner of the “Deutsche Tennis Bund” (DTB – German Tennis Association) since 2012 and is committed to fostering up-and-coming players in the Porsche Talent Team and the Porsche Junior Team.
